Access is available to those engaged in bona fide research. Academics, research
students and undergraduates are welcome as are local and family historians.
Identification is required on a first visit to complete a Reader's Application.
A letter of recommendation is not essential, however, it might be necessary to
obtain a letter of consent to consult certain material.
It is advisable to contact the Archivist before planning a visit to ensure the
material required for study is free from any restrictions.
